一、安裝前保證場地干凈安裝區域內沒有雜物、障礙物,確保地面平整。檢查設備有沒有準備齊全,比如,沸石轉輪主體、傳動電機、密封組件、管道接口等部件。質量復核:使用水平儀檢測轉輪安裝面的平面度,誤差應≤0.1mm/m,避免因安裝面傾斜導致運行偏心。

Sealing test: Apply a pressure of 5kPa to the air inlet, maintain the pressure for 30 minutes, and verify the sealing performance with a pressure drop of ≤ 0.5kPa.
聯動負載測試
Linkage load testing
廢氣處理流程:通入模擬廢氣(VOCs濃度500mg/m?),檢測排放口濃度≤50mg/m?,去除效率≥90%。
